I looked in the mirror on April 18th 2020 and realized that my ‘muscle building phase’ had gotten a little bit out of hand, I was ‘softer’ than I typically like to be so I figured, let’s switch gears and get in the best shape of my life! In this episode I outlined exactly what I did to lose 30 lbs of fat in 6 months from a nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and alcohol standpoint.
